Revenue Cycle Management

Most practices areout of rangeand never told.

We read your billing the way you read a lab panel — every number against where it should be, and a plan for the ones that aren't.

What we do

The whole cycle, not pieces of it.

Most billing companies hand back the parts they find hard. We take the claim from eligibility check to posted payment, and we own every step in between.

1. Front of cycleEligibility & Benefits
Verified before the visit, so nothing is billed to a plan that was never going to pay it.
2. CaptureMedical Coding
Certified coders on every chart. Correct the first time, not corrected later.
3. SubmissionScrubbing & Filing
Claims checked against payer rules and filed within twenty-four hours.
4. RecoveryDenial Management
Every denial worked and appealed. Nothing written off because it aged.
5. RecoveryA/R Follow-Up
Aged receivables chased to resolution instead of parked in a report.
6. ClosePosting & Reporting
Payments posted daily, with a monthly number that reconciles.

Revenue

The same patients, the same schedule and more money.

Nothing about how you practise changes. What changes is how much of what you already earned actually reaches your account, and how long it takes to get there.

Getting started

Four weeks from call to first clean claim.

  1. 01

    The panel

We pull ninety days of your claims data and show you where the money is going.

  2. 02

    Access & setup

Read-only access to your PM system. No migration, no new software to learn.

  3. 03

    Parallel run

We work alongside your current process for two weeks so nothing drops.

  4. 04

    Handover

We take the cycle. You get a named contact and a weekly number.

Specialties

We go deep on a few, rather than thin on forty.

Billing rules differ enough between specialties that breadth is usually a claim rather than a capability.

Pricing

A percentage of what we collect. That's the whole model.

Nobody else in this industry puts a number on their site. We will — because if we don't collect, we don't get paid either.

Questions

The things practices ask before they switch.

Do we have to change our PM or EHR system?

No. We work inside whatever you already use, with read-only access where that is enough. Migration is the most common reason practices put off switching billers, so we removed it.

What happens to the A/R our current biller is sitting on?

We work it. Aged receivables are usually where the recoverable money is, and a departing biller has little incentive to chase them. We take the back book as part of handover.

How long until we see a difference in collections?

The first clean claims go out in week four. Collections move in the following billing cycle, and aged A/R recovery lands over the first quarter.

Who actually touches our patient data, and where?

A named team, under HIPAA-compliant handling. This website never receives patient information — please do not include any in the contact form.

What if it doesn't work out?

There is no long-term contract. You can end the arrangement and we hand back clean records and an orderly A/R position.
